Tina W.      Front Desk Coordinator

Ms. Tina has been working at our front desk since September 14, 1999. She came to this office after working as a Personal Secretary to Dr. Ronnie Tomblin. Dr. Tomblin was well respected Pastor and was internationally known until his untimely death several years ago.

Ms. Tina brings her unique gifts and talents to this office. Her never ending patience and warm personality is greatly appreciated by all of our patients and staff. Whether you are a first time new patient or a returning friend, Ms. Tina is here to greet you with a warm smile and help you through your visit.

SARA

SARA Office Manager

My name is Sara Keziah and I am the Office Manager of the Arrowood Road Clinic.  I started working for Southern States Chiropractic and Dr. O’Hare in 2000 (at the Plaza office) as a therapist.  Since that time, I have worked as a chiropractic Assistant, receptionist, the Head of the Therapy Department, an X-ray Technician and as a consultant to the insurance department.

In 2008, I transferred with Dr. Faccone to the Arrowood Road Clinic and to the position of Office Manager.  As the Office Manager of the Arrowood Road Clinic, I use the skills that I acquired from the Plaza office to oversee all patient matters including reception and scheduling, taking patient x-rays as well as administering therapy and rehabilitation.  I also am the Insurance Specialist and handle all patient claims. 

Personally, I am a wife and mother of 2 children; Michael Jr. 14 and Jasmine 5.  I like movies and relaxing at home with my family

 

SHAKIRA

Shakira W.    Insurance Specialist

Shakira has been with Southern States Chiropractic since January 16, 2008 and began in our therapy department assisting the doctors with patient care. When an opening unexpectedly arose in the insurance department, Shakira rose to the occasion.

Given her strong background in tax preparation and accounting she took over quickly and has been helping
patient’s with their insurance needs ever since. You may see Shakira back in the therapy area every so often
as she still lends a hand when the office gets busy.

 

 

MADDI

Maddi M     X-Ray Tech

Maddi has been a vital member or the Southern States Chiropractic team since December 3, 2007. Maddi has been extensively trained in the use of a variety of physiotherapeutics to help patients at this office.

When a patient is prescribed rehabilitation exercises or stretching, Maddi is usually the one that will train and assist the patient. Maddi recently completed her x-ray technician training through the North Carolina Board of Chiropractic Examiners as is assisting the doctors in taking x-rays.

Maddi is bi-lingual and speaks Spanish fluently. She is in charge of Latino relations within the local community.

 

KARLA

KARLA Chiropractic Assistant

My name is Karla Aguilar and I am a Chiropractic Assistant specializing in therapy. 
I started working for Southern States Chiropracticand Dr. Faccone in 2008. 

Since that time, I have become proficient at reception and scheduling, as well as administering therapy and rehabilitation.  I am also Dr. Faccone’s computer expert.  I work with the graphic design of advertisements and redesigning of all patient forms of internal paperwork.

Personally, I am a student and mother of Joselyn 4. I like to shop and swim in the pool with my daughter.

 

 

Wanda E.    Therapist

Wanda is our newest addition to the Southern States Chiropractic team. Wanda is working in the therapy department assisting the doctors in applying physiotherapy, performing stretching and strengthening training and fitting patients for braces and supports.

Wanda is extremely helpful and gentle when ever working with the patients. She brings a warmth and calm to the therapy department that is appreciated by all
